TERMS OF RETURN: Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Provided the Customer informs us within the 30 days of delivery, we will refund standard delivery charges. If the Customer cancels an order in line with their statutory rights or wants to return an item under the Vendor’s Money-Back Guarantee, the Customer is responsible for returning the item to us. Return courier requests made for cancelled orders will incur a charge, the amount of which depends on the size and weight of the item.
Please note the following procedures:
Shipping damages should be reported to the delivering agent immediately upon receipt. Subsequently, inform Ace Premium HiFi by eMail at order(at)acepremiumhifi.com of the reported shipping damage. If you plan to return any items, please inform us before doing so by eMail or Phone, so that we can instruct a pick-up service.
